Vegetable Cream with Peas

Ingredients

1 ½ can of Cooked peas, defrosted

1 Potato

1 Sweet potato

1 Chayote

1 Carrot

½ Spinach roll (only the leaves)

2 tablespoons of Chopped sweet chili

1 tablespoon of Chopped celery

cup of Coconut milk

2 Bay leaves

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Powdered spices and salt

Parsley for decoration

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash, peel, and chop the potatoes, sweet potato, chayote, and carrot.

Step 2 : In a pot with water, cook everything, adding a bit of salt and bay leaves.

Step 3 : Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the vegetables and peas are soft.

Step 4 : Remove the bay leaves, let cool, and blend until obtaining a creamy mixture.

Step 5 : Pour the cream back into the pot, heat, and serve.
