Spinach Cream
Ingredients
750 grams of Spinach
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 cups of Vegetable broth
½ cup of Cream
½ cup of Natural yogurt to decorate
2 tablespoons of Flour
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the chopped spinach with a little oil.
Step 2 : Cover and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Step 3 : Then add the onion and sauté.
Step 4 : Add the flour and broth, stir everything, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6 : Then remove from heat and process.
Step 7 : Pour the cream into a pot and bring it back to heat, adding the cream and letting it boil for about 2 minutes.
