Ingredients

2 kilograms of Fish with plenty of meat

1 kilogram of Shrimp

1 kilogram of Clams

1 kilogram of Mussels

1 kilogram of Squid

1 kilogram of Choras

3 Garlic cloves

1 Chili

1 kilogram of Jaivas or crab

3 Potatoes

2 Carrots

3 Green plantains

1 Achiote

1 Cilantro bunch

1 pinch of Salt

Water

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, boil the desired amount of water in a large pot.

Step 2 : Then, add the mussels, squid, shrimp, clams, choras, and jaivas to cook slowly.

Step 3 : Secondly, add the fish when the broth is ready, which will occur approximately after about 45 minutes.

Step 4 : Thirdly, add the potatoes, carrots, plantains, and the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5 : Cook until the vegetables are soft and serve with freshly placed cilantro.
