Ingredients

2 cups of Previously washed black beans

2 liters of Water

1 Finely chopped sweet pepper

½ Very finely chopped sweet pepper

½ teaspoon of Oregano

1 Celery stalk, garlic, salt, and pepper

1 Chopped onion

2 Hard-boiled eggs sliced

½ Finely chopped onion

1 Cilantro bunch (reserve for final decoration)

1 teaspoon of Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the beans with garlic, cilantro stem, oregano, celery, sweet pepper strips, salt, and pepper in abundant water until soft.

Step 2 : Once cooked, blend them in a food processor.

Step 3 : In a pot, sauté a garlic clove, chopped onion, and finely chopped sweet pepper until they are transparent.

Step 4 : Then add the ground beans and check the seasoning.

Step 5 : Let it cook for a few minutes, adjusting the consistency with hot water if necessary.

Step 6 : It should be creamy.

Step 7 : Serve in individual plates accompanied by chopped egg, onion, and cilantro.
