500 grams of Mussels

500 grams of Clams

6 Prawns

250 grams of Hake

2 Onions, finely chopped

4 Crushed garlic cloves

2 Carrots, cut into cubes

1 Leek, finely chopped

½ cup of Peas

1 cup of Rice

2 cups of Fish broth

3 cups of Shrimp broth

1 Splash of white wine

1 Bunch of parsley for garnish

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper
