Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fish

300 grams of Yucca

200 grams of Yam

2 Green plantains

2 Onions

2 Sweet peppers

1 Habanero pepper

1 Head of garlic

1 Ginger root

Bay leaves

1 Whole hot pepper

1 teaspoon of Curry

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by peeling and cutting the yam, yucca, and green plantains into pieces, then set them aside.

Step 2 : In a pot, cook the fish in water with onion, sweet pepper, and garlic, add salt, ginger, and bay leaves.

Step 3 : After boiling for a few minutes, remove the fish and strain the broth.

Step 4 : In another pot, bring the coconut milk and fish broth to a boil and add the yucca, yam, and plantain.

Step 5 : Let them soften slightly and then add the fish and habanero pepper.
