Pea and Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients
1 ½ cup of Peas
1 kilogram of Pork ribs
2 Onions, finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves
1 Celery stalk, diced
2 Carrots, diced
2 Chayotes, diced
3 cups of Vegetable broth
Achiote oil
Salt, pepper, and cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : In one pot, bring the water to a boil.
Step 2 : In another pot, heat some oil and sauté the onions and garlic until golden.
Step 3 : Add the pork ribs, peas, and broth and let cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Season with salt, pepper, and a touch of cumin.
