Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Peas

1 kilogram of Pork ribs

2 Onions, finely chopped

3 Garlic cloves

1 Celery stalk, diced

2 Carrots, diced

2 Chayotes, diced

3 cups of Vegetable broth

Achiote oil

Salt, pepper, and cumin

Preparation
