Onion Soup with Cheese
Ingredients
1 Onion, sliced julienne
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 cup of Vegetable broth
1 cup of Milk
1 pinch of Salt
Grated mozzarella cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
