Ingredients

3 Onions, sliced julienne

2 Bay leaves

1 kilogram of Beef, cut into pieces

1 ½ liter of Water

2 Beef broth cubes

Grated cheese

Achiote-infused oil

Salt, pepper, and thyme

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, put some oil and sauté the onions until caramelized.

Step 2 : Then add the meat, bay leaves, and water, and cook until the meat is tender.

Step 3 : Next, add the beef broth cubes and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Step 4 : Let it cook for 10 minutes.
