Noodle and Spinach Soup
Ingredients
2 Chicken pieces
1 Onion
1 Tomato
3 Garlic cloves
1 Potato
1 Carrot
1 Corn cob
1 Bunch of cilantro or parsley
2 Sprigs of mint
1 Bunch of spinach
1 Chicken broth cube
100 grams of Noodles
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a blender, process the tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, and mint with a little water.
Step 2 : Subsequently, pour the mixture into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 3 : Add the chicken pieces, cook covered over low heat.
Step 4 : Then, add the carrot and potato cut into cubes, along with the corn.
Step 5 : Add water and the chicken broth cube, let it boil for 10 minutes.
Step 6 : Next, add the noodles and spinach cut into strips previously.
Step 7 : Adjust the flavor and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
