150 grams of Bacon

2 Onions, finely chopped

1 Celery stalk

2 cups of Broth

1 Carrot cut into cubes

1 can of Peeled tomatoes

1 Zucchini cut into cubes

1 cup of Corn kernels

1 cup of Short pasta (elbows)

1 cup of Cooked pinto beans

1 cup of Spinach leaves cut into strips

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Fresh basil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : In a pot, start by sautéing the chopped bacon.

Step 2 : Next, add the onion and cook until caramelized.

Step 3 : Then, add the celery and carrot cut into cubes, corn kernels, blended tomatoes, and broth.
