Ingredients

½ kilogram of Corn dough

½ kilogram of Ground beef

1 kilogram of Pork bone

2 Eggs

1 Sweet pepper

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Black pepper

1 Mint sprig

4 Garlic cloves

Culantro de coyote, chilotes

1 Chayote

2 Carrots

2 Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1 : The preparation of the meatballs begins by adding the ground beef, egg, sweet pepper, culantro, mint, and black pepper to the corn dough.

Step 2 : Mix with a little water and salt to taste, forming meatballs.

Step 3 : For the broth, boil water with salt in a large pot, adding the pork bones until they soften.

Step 4 : Then incorporate all the vegetables and, ten minutes later, the meatballs.

Step 5 : Cook for fifteen more minutes with egg and culantro as a final touch.
