Homemade Chicken Soup with Meatballs
Ingredients
2 Homemade chickens
4 liters of Water
2 Dehydrated chicken consomme
½ kilogram of Name
½ kilogram of Yucca
½ kilogram of Potatoes
½ kilogram of Sweet potato
2 Carrots
1 Squash
1 Pumpkin
1 Garlic
2 Onions
2 Sweet chili
1 Bunch of cilantro
1 Bouquet of mint
2 teaspoons of Annatto
1 pinch of Salt
2 cups of Corn dough
Dehydrated
2 cups of Oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The chickens should be chopped into pieces and boiled in the 4 liters of water for 1 hour.
Step 2 : Then, add the vegetables, cilantro, onion, sweet chili, garlic, consomme, pepper, and salt, and let it boil for an additional 45 minutes.
Step 3 : Remove the chicken breasts, shred them, and mix them with all the dough ingredients.
Step 4 : With this mixture, form balls that are fried in hot oil.
Step 5 : The fried balls are added back to the soup and allowed to boil for another 10 minutes.
