Grandmother's Pozol
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Shelled corn
1 kilogram of Pork loin
1 Chopped garlic heads
2 tablespoons of English sauce
¼ cup of Vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
1 Chopped cilantro roll
1 Chopped sweet chili
1 Bouillon cube or fresh oregano
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The day before, the corn is placed in a pressure cooker with enough water and cooked until soft.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, the meat is marinated with the seasonings and vinegar, then cooked.
Step 3 : Once the meat is tender, the broth is strained and the shredded meat, corn, cilantro, sweet chili, and bouillon are added.
Step 4 : The mixture is cooked for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
