Ingredients

2 Fish heads

1 Tender chayote

2 Medium potatoes

2 Carrots

2 Onions

1 Celery

Cilantro leaf

6 cups of Milk

½ Soup noodle package

1 Seafood consommé packet

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the fish heads with the water to cook them.

Step 2 : Add cilantro leaves, celery, consommé packet, as well as chayotes, potatoes, and carrots cut into pieces.

Step 3 : Once the soup starts to boil, add the noodles, milk, and previously sautéed onions.

Step 4 : Check and adjust the seasoning according to taste.

Step 5 : Serve the soup piping hot.
