Ingredients

Oil

12 Cooked and peeled pejibayes

3 Chopped garlic cloves

1 liter of Chicken broth

1 Diced sweet chili

200 milliliters of Sweet cream

1 Chopped onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the garlic, onion, sweet chili, and pejibayes.

Step 2 : Then, remove and set aside.

Step 3 : Blend the sautéed mixture with one-third of the chicken broth and place in a pot to cook over low heat.

Step 4 : Add the rest of the broth and the sweet cream, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
