Ingredients

1 cup of Squash cut into cubes

1 Onion, finely chopped

3 Crushed garlic cloves

½ cup of Cream

Mozzarella cheese

½ cup of Corn flour

2 tablespoons of Butter

Salt, pepper, and cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : Melt the butter in a pot and add the onion to sauté until translucent.

Step 2 : Then add the squash and crushed garlic, sauté for a few more minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the vegetable broth and season with salt, pepper, and cumin, cooking until the squash softens.

Step 4 : Once ready, remove from heat and process with a mixer.

Step 5 : Add a little corn flour and cook over low heat until the soup thickens.

Step 6 : Then add the cream and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, adjust seasoning and serve in a bowl decorated with cheese.
