In a pot with water and salt, crabs are cooked together with onion, sweet pepper, and vegetables.
When the vegetables are tender, coconut milk, fish, and tiquisque leaves are added.
It is seasoned with salt and curry, cooking for a few minutes.

Crab Soup
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Crabs
½ kilogram of Fish fillet
1 Onion
1 Sweet pepper
1 cup of Yucca
1 Green banana
1 Yam
1 ½ cup of Coconut milk
Tiquisque leaves
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Crabs are washed and placed in a pot with water and a little salt.
Step 2 : Add onion, sweet pepper, and vegetables cut into pieces.
Step 3 : Once the vegetables are tender, add coconut milk, fish, and tiquisque leaves.
Step 4 : Season with salt and curry, and let cook for about 7 minutes.
Step 5 : Serve hot, garnishing with sweet pepper and curry.
