Ingredients

1 kilogram of Spine

¾ kilogram of Pork shoulder

1 Garlic head

1 Culantro roll

½ kilogram of Yuca

1 Green plantain

3 Dough balls

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the spine and pork shoulder in a pot to cook until tender.

Step 2 : Once the meats are ready, add the vegetables and let cook until tender.

Step 3 : Remove a portion of the cooked meat, finely chop it, and season with sweet chili, onion, garlic, and cilantro to taste.
