Corn kernels are removed from the cob and then added to a pot with chicken broth and milk.
It is cooked slowly, seasoned with salt and pepper, culminating in a delicious creamy soup.

Corn Soup
Ingredients
3 Green corn cobs
2 cups of Milk
1 tablespoon of Parsley
2 cups of Warm water
1 tablespoon of Margarine
3 tablespoons of Sour cream
½ Chicken broth cube
½ Chopped onion
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Corn kernels are removed from the cob with a knife and reserved.
Step 2 : In a pan, melt the butter and add the onion, sauté until golden brown.
Step 3 : Then add the corn kernels and sauté.
Step 4 : In a pot, put the chicken broth diluted in 2 cups of warm water, lower the heat to boil and let cook covered for 20 minutes.
Step 5 : Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then blend in a blender.
Step 6 : The mixture is returned to the pot, add the milk and let it boil.
Step 7 : Season with salt and black pepper, finally add the cream and heat (without letting it boil) before removing from heat.
Step 8 : It can be served with fried tortillas if desired.
