Ingredients

250 grams of Chorizo

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Sweet pepper

1 Celery stalk

2 Potatoes cut into cubes

3 cups of Water

Chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, place the chorizo sliced and sauté.

Step 2 : Then add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and celery.

Step 3 : Mix all the ingredients and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4 : Then add the potatoes and sauté for a couple more minutes.

Step 5 : Add the water and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 6 : When it starts boiling, add the chickpeas and cilantro, cooking for ten minutes or until the chickpeas are tender.

Step 7 : Check and adjust the flavor, then remove from heat.

Step 8 : Serve hot and enjoy.
