Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts

2 Onions

1 Sweet pepper

1 Celery

2 White potatoes

½ cup of Diced carrots

½ cup of Rice

½ cup of Peas

2 liters of Water

1 Chicken broth cube

1 Bunch of cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.

Step 2 : Add the chicken, onions, sweet pepper, celery, potatoes, carrots, and peas.

Step 3 : Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Then add the rice and chicken broth cube.

Step 5 : Adjust seasoning and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Remove the chicken from the soup to shred it and incorporate it back into the preparation.

Step 7 : Finally, serve hot and garnish with cilantro at the time of serving.
