Ingredients

½ Large cauliflower washed and chopped

1 Medium zucchini washed and chopped

1 Sweet onion peeled and chopped

½ liter of Homemade vegetable broth

1 Stalk celery washed and chopped

2 Eggs

3 tablespoons of Very fine grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons of Ground almond

3 tablespoons of Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper
