Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
500 grams of Broccoli
½ Finely chopped onion
1 Grated carrot
3 cups of Chicken broth
1 cup of Cheddar cheese
50 grams of Margarine or butter
3 tablespoons of Wheat flour
2 cups of Milk
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
