Pejibaye Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups of Cooked and grated pejibaye
50 grams of Butter
1 cup of Sugar
2 cups of Wheat flour
2 Eggs
½ cup of Milk
½ cup of Cream
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : First, sift the flour together with the baking powder.
Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Step 3 : Next, gradually add the flour, pejibaye, milk, cream, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 4 : Afterward, fill muffin molds and bake for approximately 25 minutes, until golden.
