Banana Cake
Ingredients

5 Bananas
1 cup of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 ½ cup of Flour
1 Egg
1 ½ teaspoon of Baking soda or baking powder
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by chopping the bananas into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2 : In a separate bowl, sift the flour and add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda; mix well and set aside.
Step 3 : In a different bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy and smooth.
Step 4 : Add the banana pieces to the butter and sugar mixture, then incorporate the flour and spice mixture.
Step 5 : Continue pouring the batter into a greased and floured mold, ensuring even distribution.
Step 6 : Place the mold in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the surface is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
