Ingredients

½ kilogram of White beans

½ kilogram of Fish fillet (dorado, parguillo) in small pieces

1 Plantain sliced

1 Small chayote

½ kilogram of Green beans

½ kilogram of Potatoes diced

1 cup of Carrot diced

1 Cilantro bunch

1 Celery stalk

½ cup of Onion

1 Sweet red pepper

3 Garlic cloves

1 Dehydrated chicken bouillon

2 tablespoons of Oil

3 tablespoons of Lizano sauce

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The beans are soaked one day before and the next day they are cooked in 1 and a half liters of water with onion and garlic until they are soft.

Step 2 : Then add the seasonings and vegetables.

Step 3 : Prepare a sauté with oil, chopped chili, garlic, onion, and celery, and add to the beans along with sugar and Lizano sauce.

Step 4 : When it starts to boil, add the fish pieces and let it boil for a while before removing from the heat.

Step 5 : Finally, add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
