Vainica Picadillo
Ingredients
1 pound of Ground meat
1 Creole rib seasoning
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Water
2 Diced potatoes
1 Diced carrots
10 Cut green beans
1 teaspoon of Oil
½ Chopped onion
½ Chopped sweet chili
Cilantro
Preparation
Step 1 : The ground meat is seasoned with Creole Rib Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 2 : Let it marinate.
Step 3 : Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the potatoes and carrots.
Step 4 : Cook until tender and set aside.
Step 5 : In another pot with hot oil, sauté onion and sweet chili.
Step 6 : Add the meat and cook until it releases its juices.
Step 7 : Add the green beans, carrots, potatoes, and stir.
Step 8 : Remove from heat, add cilantro, and let rest for 5 minutes.
