Ingredients

1 kilogram of Tripe

2 Sweet peppers

Celery

Leek

Thyme

Cilantro

2 teaspoons of Cornstarch

1 Basil leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : The tripe is cleaned by trimming all the edges, then boiled in enough salted water along with the aromatic herbs.

Step 2 : Once cooked, it is removed from heat and allowed to cool.
