Sweet Plantain Lasagna

Ingredients

6 Ripe plantains

½ kilogram of Ground meat

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 Large onion chopped

3 Garlic cloves chopped

1 Sweet pepper

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce

3 tablespoons of Raisins

3 Hard-boiled eggs chopped

1 ½ cup of Ground beans

2 cups of Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the plantain into large slices and fry, then set aside.

Step 2 : In a frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and sweet pepper.

Step 3 : Add the meat, oregano, and tomato sauce, season with salt and let it cook.

Step 4 : When ready, add the raisins and chopped raw eggs.

Step 5 : To assemble the lasagna, place a layer of plantain slices in a dish, followed by a layer of meat, cheese, plantain slices, beans, and finish with a layer of cheese.
