Ingredients

8 Tender pipíans

2 Whole eggs

½ kilogram of Cleaned and chopped shrimp

3 Crushed garlic cloves

¼ teaspoon of Ajinomoto (MSG)

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

¼ cup of Finely chopped sweet chili

¼ cup of Finely chopped onion

1 Chopped cilantro sprig

½ Diagonally sliced sweet chili

½ Sliced onion

½ teaspoon of Chinese sauce

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1 : The shrimp are marinated with chili, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and MSG.

Step 2 : The pipíans are perforated along the length and through the center, then filled with the prepared shrimp.

Step 3 : The stuffed pipíans are placed in a skillet with the other ingredients, covered, and cooked over low heat for approximately 25 minutes.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, the cornstarch is dissolved in a little water and set aside.

Step 5 : Once the pipíans are tender, the dissolved cornstarch is added to thicken the mixture.

Step 6 : Finally, chopped eggs in halves are placed on top before serving.

Step 7 : It is recommended to serve with tortillas or potatoes.
