Stuffed Peppers with White Rice
Ingredients
5 cups of Rice
1 Medium onion
2 Cloves of garlic
4 Medium sweet peppers
4 Raw eggs
1 Small carrot
1 Small potato
Culantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2 : Then, place the rice in a pot and add the chopped onion and garlic and salt, as is customary.
