Ingredients

5 cups of Rice

1 Medium onion

2 Cloves of garlic

4 Medium sweet peppers

4 Raw eggs

1 Small carrot

1 Small potato

Culantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2 : Then, place the rice in a pot and add the chopped onion and garlic and salt, as is customary.

Step 3 : Next, wash the chilies very well and remove the seeds.

Step 4 : Add one egg to each chili.

Step 5 : Carrots and potatoes are cooked in strips in the microwave with a bouillon cube and a little water, for two minutes.

Step 6 : A small lid is made with cooked rice or a slice of cooked potato for each chili so that the filling does not come out, and before that, a pinch of salt is added.
