Ingredients

1 Creole hen

400 grams of Pork meat

1 kilogram of Potatoes

1 Sweet pepper

5 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Culantro coyote bunch

2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce

1 cup of Olives

Salt, pepper, and cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the hen with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin, place it in a covered container, and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Step 2 : Peel and cut the potato into very fine pieces.

Step 3 : Chop the pork meat and season it with salt and pepper.

Step 4 : In a skillet, make a mince with a sauté of onion, pepper, potato, and meat, adding sliced olives and tomato sauce.

Step 5 : Season with salt, pepper, culantro, and cumin.

Step 6 : Fill the hen with the minced meat mix and sew it.
