Stuffed Creole Hen
Ingredients
1 Creole hen
400 grams of Pork meat
1 kilogram of Potatoes
1 Sweet pepper
5 Crushed garlic cloves
1 Culantro coyote bunch
2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
1 cup of Olives
