Ingredients

6 Bananas

2 Eggs

1 can of Large can of tuna

½ cup of Chopped onion

½ cup of Chili

¼ cup of Celery

¼ cup of Cilantro

Sauce

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 Minced garlic

4 tablespoons of Finely chopped onion and leave some in slices

½ cup of Peeled and chopped tomatoes

2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce

3 Chopped basil leaves

1 Packet of chicken consommé

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch dissolved in water

2 cups of Water

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water, the bananas are cooked with skin, just removing the tips.

Step 2 : They are left on the fire until they are soft.

Step 3 : Once ready, a small hole is made in the center to put the filling in them.

Step 4 : Using a fork, fill the bananas without peeling them.

Step 5 : Then, carefully remove the skin by scraping a little on top to prevent them from opening.

Step 6 : The filling, based on tuna and vegetables such as onion, tomato, chili, celery, and cilantro, is integrated.

Step 7 : The stuffed bananas are passed through beaten egg and fried one by one, taking them towards the sauce.

Step 8 : For the sauce, fry the remaining sliced onion with the chili and the other finely chopped ingredients.

Step 9 : Serve hot on top of the bananas.
