Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef (bone-in and jerky)

Oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper

6 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot with 2 liters of water, cook the meat, onion, peppers, garlic, carrot, potatoes, corn, and zucchini together until the meat is very tender, which will take approximately an hour and a half.

Step 2 : Once ready, serve hot and can be accompanied by cassava and/or white rice.
