Spaghetti with Clam Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups of Clams

½ Finely chopped onion

3 Garlic cloves

½ cup of White wine

½ cup of Fish broth

½ cup of Shrimp consommé

1 cup of Cream

1 tablespoon of Butter

400 grams of Spaghetti

2 cups of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, melt the margarine and add a splash of oil.

Step 2 : Sauté the onion and garlic until they are transparent.

Step 3 : Once ready, add the clams along with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.

Step 4 : Then, add the fish broth, shrimp consommé, and cream.

Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Step 7 : Before removing from heat, add a portion of cheese to give it creaminess.

Step 8 : To serve, place the spaghetti on a plate and cover with the clam sauce.

Step 9 : Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top and garnish with parsley.
