Ingredients

2 cups of White rice

1 Achiote

½ kilogram of Squid

1 Octopus head

½ kilogram of Shrimp

½ kilogram of Clams

1 Bunch of cilantro

1 Sweet bell pepper

1 Red bell pepper

3 Small onions

1 Celery stalk

3 Garlic cloves

2 Carrots, cubed

¼ kilogram of String beans

1 pinch of Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Chop the squid, octopus head, and clams, and cook for around an hour.

Step 2 : Add the shrimp and cook until done.

Step 3 : Then add cilantro, onion, bell pepper, string beans, carrot, garlic, celery stalk, sweet bell pepper, oregano, achiote, and salt to taste.

Step 4 : On the other hand, prepare the white rice as usual and mix it with the previously cooked seafood.

Step 5 : Adjust seasoning with salt and white pepper.

Step 6 : Finally, serve in individual plates decorated with chopped fresh cilantro.
