Ingredients

6 Potatoes

4 Sausages

½ Sweet chili

Cilantro leaves

½ tablespoon of Paprika

½ tablespoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

1 cup of Vegetable broth

Annatto oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the potatoes and sausages into pieces.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet, add a little oil and fry the sausages, which will then be set aside.

Step 3 : In the same skillet, sauté the chili and add the chopped potatoes.

Step 4 : Season the preparation with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.

Step 5 : Once the potatoes have softened a bit, add the sausages and a little broth to finish cooking.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the mixture on a plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
