Porteña Paella
Ingredients
2 pounds of Chicken
1 pound of Rice
1 pound of Shrimps
2 Sliced sweet peppers
1 can of Red bell peppers
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
2 Peeled tomatoes
½ pound of Pork ribs
2 Finely chopped onions
1 pinch of Achiote
1 can of Green peas
2 tablespoons of Capers
6 tablespoons of Oil
2 teaspoons of Salt
1 teaspoon of Ajinomoto
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, add a teaspoon of oil, brown the rice, onion, and garlic.
Step 2 : Add the broths and cook as usual.
Step 3 : Separately, prepare the chicken and pork seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion for about 35 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, in a final pot, incorporate the rest of the ingredients and the already cooked meats.
Step 5 : Add this mixture to the initial rice and season with Ajinomoto, pepper, bell pepper, and green peas.
Step 6 : Finally, serve freshly made accompanied by garlic bread.
