1 cup of Cooked black beans

500 grams of Meat (loin or any lean cut)

2 cups of Cooked rice

3 Chopped onions

1 Chopped garlic clove

1 Chopped celery stalk

1 Chopped cilantro sprig

100 grams of Bacon

1 Bell pepper

Worcestershire sauce

Vegetable oil

Chopped cabbage

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pan with a little vegetable oil, sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic until they turn golden.

Step 2 : Next, add the cooked black beans and let them absorb the flavor of the vegetables.

Step 3 : On the other hand, in another pan, sauté the seasoned meat, placing the chopped onions on top.

Step 4 : Let it cook for about 15 minutes, ensuring it remains juicy and the meat tender.
