½ kilogram of Ground beef
½ kilogram of Chorizo
1 White beans packet
1 Chili pepper
1 Onion
1 Cilantro bunch
1 Garlic
1 pinch of Salt
Broth cube
Worcestershire sauce
Butter
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the beans with salt.
Step 2 : Next, peel and chop the potatoes, and cook them with salt and broth cube.
Step 3 : Sauté and drain the chorizo in a separate skillet.
Step 4 : Chop the onion, chili pepper, and cilantro.
Step 5 : Then, in a pot, place the meat with oil, butter, onion, chili pepper, and garlic.
Step 6 : Add the potatoes and then the beans.
Step 7 : Mix all the ingredients and add cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, and broth cube.
