Picadillo de chicasquil con tortillitas
Ingredients
3 kilograms of Papas
4 cups of Hojas de chicasquil
Culantro
1 pinch of Pimienta
1 pinch of Sal
Sofrito
1 Cebolla picada
¼ teaspoon of Achiote
2 Dientes de ajos picados bien finos
½ Chile dulce picado bien fino
Aceite
Tortillas de maiz
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add the potatoes and cook over low heat with the lid on and low heat until the potatoes are soft.
Step 2 : Then add the chicasquil leaves and turn off the heat.
Step 3 : Pour out the water and let the potatoes cool to chop them together with the chicasquil.
Step 4 : Make a sofrito with these ingredients and add the potato with the chicasquil to the sofrito.
Step 5 : If desired, add ¼ teaspoon of pepper, ¼ of cumin, and culantro to taste.
Step 6 : Serve with tortillas.
