Ingredients

1 kilogram of Tender beans

1 kilogram of Pork shoulder

3 Green plantains

2 Thyme sprigs

1 Bay leaf

1 Finely chopped onion

6 Crushed garlic

1 Chopped sweet chili

1 Cilantro bundle

1 Packet of beef broth

1 tablespoon of Complete seasoning

2 tablespoons of English sauce

1 cup of Water

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The beans are pre-soaked in 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Step 2 : The next day, they are drained and placed in a thick-bottomed pot to cook for approximately 35 minutes, until tender.

Step 3 : Then the plantains and chopped meat are added along with salt and vegetables.

Step 4 : All is cooked over medium heat until done.

Step 5 : At this point, broth dissolved in a little water and English sauce is added, flavors are adjusted, then removed from heat and served.
