Ingredients

2 Beef fillets

4 Oranges

½ cup of Sugar

Orange zest

2 tablespoons of Margarine

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The fillets are cut and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : They are marinated in orange juice for 1 hour.

Step 3 : Then, in a pot, the fillets are placed with the marinade, sugar, and orange zest added, and cooked over medium heat for about 30 minutes until a thick sauce is obtained.

Step 4 : Once ready, the fillets are filled with the sauce and sealed in a skillet with melted butter.
