Ingredients

500 grams of Noodles

100 grams of Fresh mushrooms

1 Onion, finely chopped

3 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Thyme

1 cup of Cream

1 cup of White wine

1 cup of Ricotta cheese

Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons of Margarine

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, melt the margarine and sauté the onion with the garlic until they caramelize.

Step 2 : Then, add the mushrooms cut into strips, the cream, and the wine, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a little thyme.

Step 3 : Cook for 10 minutes and before removing from the heat, add the cheese.

Step 4 : On the other hand, cook the noodles in salted water until al dente.

Step 5 : Subsequently, mix the noodles with the mushroom and ricotta sauce.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the noodles with sprinkled parmesan cheese on top.
