Ingredients

½ kilogram of Beef

1 Culantro bundle

1 Large chili pepper

2 Celery leaves

5 Chicken bouillons

2 tablespoons of Achiote

½ cup of Flour

5 Garlic cloves

1 Large onion

½ kilogram of Pork meat

¼ kilogram of Chorizo

½ cup of Worcestershire sauce

1 kilogram of Corn dough

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, all the ingredients should be processed in a large bowl.

Step 2 : Mix the meats, sauce, bouillons, salt, achiote, and the other processed ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.

Step 3 : Then, shape it into a kind of sausage and add flour, kneading the mixture well.

Step 4 : Next, wrap the dough in banana leaves and tie it.

Step 5 : Cook in boiling water for approximately an hour.

Step 6 : Once cooked, let it cool, wrap it in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for a day (approximately 12 hours).

Step 7 : The next day, cut the dish into slices of desired thickness, dip them in beaten egg, and fry until golden brown.

Step 8 : It can be served with a red sauce or guacamole, a delight to enjoy on any occasion!
