Meat and Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients

1 Lasagna pasta package

1 kilogram of Ground beef

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

2 cans of Spaghetti sauce

½ kilogram of Cream cheese

½ cup of Parmesan cheese

1 cup of Mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon of Dried oregano

4 liters of Water

1 tablespoon of Oil

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Step 2 : In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 3 : Add the ground beef, spaghetti sauce, a little water, and season with salt, oregano, and pepper.

Step 4 : Cook until the meat is done.

Step 5 : In a baking dish, place a little of the meat sauce and cover with a layer of cooked pasta.

Step 6 : Then start forming layers of meat and cheese.

Step 7 : Finish with lasagna and sauce.

Step 8 : Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for about 35 minutes.

Step 9 : Place mozzarella cheese over the lasagna and keep it in the turned-off oven for a few minutes to melt.
