Ingredients

2 Tilapia fillets

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

1 tablespoon of Italian herbs

4 Chopped garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of Lemon juice

2 tablespoons of White wine

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : The tilapia fillets are seasoned with herbs and salt.

Step 2 : Then, in a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil and add the fillets, cooking them for about 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3 : Once done, remove from heat.

Step 4 : In the same skillet, add the garlic, lemon juice, and white wine, cooking over low-medium heat for about 1 minute until the garlic softens slightly.

Step 5 : Remove from heat and add a tablespoon of chopped parsley and two tablespoons of butter to the sauce, stirring until a creamy mixture forms.

Step 6 : Finally, return the tilapia to the skillet, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
