Ingredients

2 Criollo chickens

2 Sweet peppers

1 Chopped onion

1 Culantro

3 Corn

2 Carrots diced

1 teaspoon of Achiote

3 Dehydrated consommés

3 cups of Rice

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, place the chicken along with all ingredients (except the carrot) in a large pot over medium heat to sweat for about 1 hour, until the chicken is tender.

Step 2 : Once the chicken is ready, add the raw rice to the pot and add 1 liter of water, the dehydrated consommés, and the carrot.

Step 3 : Bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 4 : Once the rice is cooked, add the culantro at the end and serve the preparation very hot.
