Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Tender corn
1 kilogram of Pork leg
1 kilogram of Pork ribs
2 liters of Water
6 Finely chopped garlic cloves
1 Finely chopped onion
2 Chopped celery stalks
½ tablespoon of Achiote
1 tablespoon of Seasoning
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash the corn and put it to cook in enough water until the grain is soft.
Step 2 : Then, cook the pork in 2 liters of water along with the onion, salt, pepper, garlic, achiote, and seasoning.
Step 3 : Cover and cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes, allowing the water to reduce by 50%.
Step 4 : After that, add the popped corn and celery to the preparation, mix and season to taste.
Step 5 : Let it simmer for about 20 minutes before serving.
Step 6 : Finally, add the chopped cilantro, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and serve the preparation.
